The diagnosis
Conversations with you and the people who carry the load, then real jobs followed end to end, from the first message to the money in the bank. It ends with a written blueprint. If you stop here, you pay $7,500 and the blueprint is yours.
- 6–10 weeks
The build
The system of record takes shape around your real data and the words your company already uses. Daily jobs move over one at a time, each proven on real work, then the assistant, automations, books and reporting come online with approvals where you want them.

Your team moves in
Your people do their daily work inside it, trained on their own jobs, with us beside them. Your data and accounts stay in your name.

Run it and grow it
We run it and keep it current, teach it a new job, and sit down with you once a month to choose what comes next.

Questions, answered
What happens in the first two weeks?
Interviews with you and the people who carry the load, then your real workflows walked from the first message to the money in the bank. It ends with a written blueprint: where your knowledge, decisions and work live today, and the one system they can live in together.
How much of our time does the diagnosis take?
A few hours from you, and an hour or two from each person we interview. We do the walking, reading and writing.
Can we stop after the diagnosis?
Yes. You pay $7,500, keep the written blueprint and use it however you like.
Do we have to replace all our tools?
We keep what serves you and connect it. The books connect to QuickBooks Online today; any other accounting system is scoped in your proposal. We replace what keeps your knowledge scattered.
Who owns what you build?
Your data, your accounts and your workflows are yours. If we part ways, we export your data for you and walk your team through the handover.
Will the AI act on its own?
Only where you decide it should. By default it prepares the work, with a reason and a preview, and a person approves it.
What counts as a new job?
Anything the brain can take on for your team: preparing a report, drafting a follow-up, reconciling a list, answering a recurring question.
Who decides what the brain learns next?
You do, in your monthly session with Daniel. We bring suggestions, each with its reason.
Is there a minimum term?
The setup is a fixed fee. The monthly has a 12-month minimum, which gives the brain a full year to take on new jobs and settle into how your team works.
Why two builds and eight monthly slots?
Daniel leads every build himself, so two run at a time. When your build is done, your brain moves into one of eight monthly slots, each with its working session with Daniel. The counts on this page change whenever a slot fills, and when either is full the button opens the waitlist.
What does it cost to run once it is built?
Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost, and we estimate them in your proposal.
What moves the price above the “from” figure?
The number of workflows, systems to connect and people to train. The proposal fixes it.
Where does our data live?
Kept apart from every other client’s records by access rules the database itself enforces. The AI is Claude, Anthropic’s model, through OpenRouter, served only from zero-data-retention endpoints on AWS or Google Cloud, with no fallback to anything else.
