Do we have to replace all our tools?
We keep what serves you, like your accounting system, and connect it. We replace what keeps your knowledge scattered.
Who owns what you build?
Your data, your accounts and your workflows are yours. If we part ways, you keep a full export and a working handover.
What does fixed scope mean in practice?
We agree in writing what the Build includes before it starts. Anything new is written down and priced before any work begins.
Will the AI act on its own?
Only where you decide it should. By default it prepares the work, with a reason and a preview, and a person approves it.
Is AI Mentorship really included?
Yes. Every Build includes three months of 1:1 AI Mentorship for the owner, running alongside the Build.
What happens after the Build?
You can run it yourselves, or choose Brain Care and have us run it, improve it and add new jobs every month.
What does it cost to run after a Build?
Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost, and we estimate them in your proposal.
What moves the price above the “from” figure?
The number of workflows, systems to connect and people to train. The proposal fixes it.
Where does our data live?
In your own protected space, never shared with other clients. The AI we use is Anthropic’s Claude through its business API, which does not train on your data.
